i need a complete roof rack with bars to fit 2 bikes.

We have many different roof rack options for you to choose from for your 2006 Subaru Impreza. I have attached a link to all of the complete roof racks that we carry for your vehicle.
The roof rack that I would recommend for you is the Thule WingBar Roof Rack. This roof rack consists of the WingBars, # TH711200 or # TH711220, which are the quietest load bars on the market, the Rapid Traverse Foot Pack, # TH480R, and the Fit Kit, # THKIT1210.
Two bike racks that I would recommend for this bike rack are the Thule UpRide Bike Rack, # TH599000, and the Thule FastRide Bike Rack, # TH95JV. The UpRide is a wheel-mount bike rack and the FastRide is a fork-mount bike rack. I have attached review videos for each of these bike racks for you to check out as well.
