I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited with tow hooks. It says this will not work with tow hooks. Can I remove them? Or is it more complicated than that?

The only front mount trailer hitch available for a 2020 Ram 1500 with the factory tow hooks is the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C87FR. That said, you will need to remove the factory tow hooks in order to install the trailer hitch which I confirmed with Curt for you. The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65081 will not fit even with the factory tow hooks removed.
