The Tulga T10 D2 5th Wheel Hitch is more for semi-tractor applications and has a pretty big draw-back in that you cannot adjust the hitch head height which is critical for fifth wheel towing because you need to be as level as possible or you will have tons of issues such as trailer sway, worn down suspensions, etc. The Reese Low-Profile 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30054 is a similar option that is more geared toward flat-bed and cab/chassis trucks and has an adjustable hitch head height of 9-1/2" - 12-1/2". The adjustable hitch head height is going to allow you to tow level so you don't have issues like the above and you can tailor your setup to multiple different trailers which is another very important aspect of being able to adjust the hitch head height.
