Thule has roof racks that fit your 2016 Subaru Outback Wagon with raised rails like the Thule WingBar Evo part # TH711200, # TH460R, and # THKIT4063 but since your roof rails have fixed points built into them for attaching a roof rack the # TH710401 is not needed/recommended.
