Question:
I installed the BandW gooseneck hitch, that I ordered from etrailer:, and now I am wondering what’s best way to protect metal edges from rust....the circle around the ball.

Expert Reply:
According to B&W, readily available automotive touch up paint would work excellent for protecting any spot on the hitch where the finish might have come off. Touch up paint is readily available from any auto parts store. When the ball is stowed upside down in the hitch, using the rubber cover, part # BWGNXA1710 is recommended.
