Question:

Will it work on a 2013 victory cross country tour and if it will whats the part# I own 2013 victory cross country tour, 1998 Harley Davidson dyna low rider, and 2002 heritage that has been lowered will one biker bar work for all three?? Or do I need three separate ones

The B&W biker bars are only confirmed to fit certain Harley Davidson bikes so the only fit I can confirm for you is for your Dyna, the B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System for Trailers - Harley-Davidson Softail, Dyna, V-Rod # BWMC2302.

The others may work but you will need to refer to the accompanying cut out from B&W which specifies the dimensions you need to take, as well as refer to the specifications of the different biker bars below. I have also linked video reviews for you to check out.
