I just purchased a trailer with 2 of your biker bars installed for road glides ,will they fit a 2016 fat boy with hight adjustments??

That will depend on which model B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System you have installed on the trailer. The # BWMC2301 will only work with touring bikes and the 2016 Fat Boy would be considered a softail and needs the # BWMC2302.
You can purchase just the bar # BWMC2302B and it will work with the mount that is already on your trailer per B&W. The bracket is the same on all of the Biker Bars.
