The hitch I recommend for your 2020 Hyundai Ioniq is the Curt hitch # C11486 as it has the highest quality powder coat finish and also is mostly hidden since only hitch opening hangs below rear bumper.
For a hanging bike rack that will work great with the Curt # C11486 hitch on your Ioniq I strongly recommend the Kuat Beta Aluminum Rack # B202-114 because it is an easy to use, is very stable, and is also incredibly lightweight.
