Yes, the Bulldog Winch Mount for Jeep JL with OE Front Bumper part # BDW20353 will work on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator JT. If you don't already have a winch picked out, the Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch part # BDW15019 is an excellent option but I have attached our full list for you as well.
