The Curt Base Rail Kit # C16200 is a universal option so technically it will fit your 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 but you will likely have to drill through your frame to get it to fit. To avoid drilling into your frame I recommend using the Custom Install Kit # C65KR instead.
