We have hitches that fit your 2004 Ford F-150 like the # 41549 but the # 75506 you mentioned is not a fit for your truck. The # 41549 is a Class III like the one you referenced and has higher towing capacities at 6,000 lbs trailer weight and 600 lbs tongue weight.
For a more concealed look we also have the Draw Tite # 37133 but it has slightly lower towing capacities at 5,000/500 lbs.
