Does the Curt 31055 Front Hitch Fit on a 2004 GMC Envoy XUV

Question:
I have found this hitch a lot of places on web but nothing really addresses weather or not it also fits the xuv models as well as it fits the regular Envoy. Will this also fit the xuv well, or will there be additional issues or modifications other than the trimming under the front trim?

I checked with Curt and they informed me that the Curt Front Hitch # 31055 will fit on your 2004 GMC Envoy XUV model. This will still require some trimming of the front fascia as noted in the installation notes but you won't be required to modify the hitch in any way. This hitch installs without drilling into existing holes on the front frame of the vehicle.
