I reached out to my contact at Lippert and was able to confirm that the Replacement Air Spring for Trailair 5th Wheel Pin Boxes # LC432404 is the correct replacement for your Flex Air 18,000 lb Pin Box with Long Jaw.

While I wasn't able to find any information or cross-reference the LC13896531 model number, I can confirm that Lippert used the same air bag on all of their Flex Air pin boxes, including yours, as well as the current models listed below:

# LC328484 - M15 Flex Air - Lippert 0719 with 18,000-lb capacity Medium Jaw
