There are a few trailer hitch options for the 2003 Kia Sedona, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13340 and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75131 which both have the larger receiver tube opening. I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver because there is no drilling required as there would be for the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver. Unfortunately, there are not any more cost effective options available.
Please note, trailer hitches are specific to a particular year, make, and model so you can't use a trailer hitch for a Volkswagen Tiguan for example which is what the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98906 fits on a Kia Sedona. Therefore, no the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver will not work.
