I went out and measured the Navy hitch cover, part # AUT2-NAVY-C. I'm not sure what dimension you're looking for but the entire length is about 3-1/2 inches and the face is about 4 inches in diameter.

If there's a different measurement you need let me know and I'll take that one for you. Also, don't read anything into the Crimson arrows I used in the diagram. It's just easier to see over the logo.
