Tonneau covers are very different in terms of style so there aren't any that are 69 inches wide exactly I can verify, but based on that, it sounds like you are looking for a tonneau cover that covers the side rails of your 2006 Ford F-250 or F-350 with an 8 foot bed; something with that width would be one that covers your rails.
