Question:
I have a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 with the max trailer package and the 6.0L V8. I have also added a rough country leveling kit which raises the rear 1. It changes out the 1inch blocks for 2inch blocks. Will the firestone air bag kit F2430 work with my setup or will i need anything else?

You will be able to use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs on your 2008 GMC Sierra with a body leveling kit that adds 1" from stock, but you may need to add some spacers to make up for any difference that this has created from the factory ride height. These blocks won't interfere with the air bags at all though.
You'll want to measure when the truck is on the ground without any added weight in the bed of the truck. You will measure from the bottom of the top bracket to the top of the bottom bracket where the air bags attach; as long as the distance between the two brackets is 6.5" or less you won't need to add a spacer to your air bag setup.
If the distance between the 2 brackets is more than 6.5", I've put together a list of the appropriate spacers listed by the distance between the brackets that you can use to determine which one will work best for your truck. These two would be the most likely distances you're going to find with a 1" lift from stock.
6.5" to 7.5" - part # F2536
7.5" to 8.5" - part # F2366
If you install the Ride-Rite kit and find that you've got a different spacing between the brackets, just let me know and I can recommend the appropriate sized spacer for your truck. I've also linked an installation video for you to have a look at as well, that you may want to look at if you're installing these yourself.
