can I use this product for shorter than the 13foot unit listed. I ordered 4 8foot and 1 10foot but it didnt come with the mounting hardware. is so I will purchase these

The Replacement Mounting Hardware # LC701665 that you referenced is the correct kit for both your 8 Foot (part # LCV000168106) and 10 foot (part # LCV000251461) Solera Slide-Toppers with black hardware. I verified with my contact at Lippert that this particular kit works for all of the available Slide-Topper lengths, not just the 13-1/2 foot model mentioned.
