Question:

The factory crossbars on my 2020 Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid are bowed upward somewhat. Will the RR42115BF platform fit properly onto these? If it doesnt fit, what is your return policy? Thanks for your help!

Most crossbars (both factory and aftermarket) have a slight bow at the center. This is completely normal.

The Rhino-Rack Universal Pioneer Platform Rack # RR42115BF is compatible with round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars. The platform itself does not sit directly on the top of your crossbars. There top mounting brackets sit between the top of your crossbar and the bottom of the Pioneer platform. So, by the time you tighten the top and bottom mounting brackets, the tension will also help everything fit perfectly on the factory crossbars of your 2020 RAV4.
