While we have an option for you, the 25 foot Hopkins Endurance Easy-Pull Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector - Trailer End # HM38136 does not come with a dust cap included.
There is one that does, though it is much shorter, the 12 inch Hopkins Endurance Easy-Pull # HM48114.
I have added links to a couple video reviews and installs of this trailer connector for you to check out. Additionally, I also highly recommend using Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector and extend its lifespan.
