For my 2019 Ram 2500 I see you have a Draw Tite and a Curt front hitch option. Which do you think I should get?

For your 2019 Ram 2500 I recommend the Curt front hitch part # C31089 that was assembled here in the USA and has great weight capacities. The trailer weight capacity it has is 5,000 lbs and the vertical load capacity is 500 lbs.
