i would like a hitch for my rv front Bumper for winch or pulling or cargo mat

There is a trailer hitch for your 1995 Dodge B3500 RV, but it is a rear-mounted hitch; there aren't any front-mounted hitches that fit this particular vehicle. I confirmed with the manufacturer that the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13041 is a fit for a '95 Dodge B3500 so long as it does not have a factory step bumper.
