My inside dimensions are just a hair under 96 inches. 95 7/8 Will the header of the screen fit in that’s width? My trailer is a 2005 forest river 21 foot toy hauler.

Since your door opening is 95-7/8 inches wide the correct fitting LaSalle Bristol CrossBreeze Toy Hauler Screen is the part # 3441409200PBK which has a screen width of 92 inches. The railing around the screen would easily fill up the extra space.
