Can I use the Curt T-connector C56222 to connect my 2011 Kia Soul Base to my Winnebago View?

While we have wiring to connect your 2011 Kia Soul to your motorhome, the connector you mentioned is not tow bar wiring, it is a 4-flat harness for powering trailer lights. Instead, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 for a splice-in option, or you can use the simple Roadmaster Standard Magnetic Tow Lights # RM-2120.
