Question:
Can I use the Curt T-connector C56222 to connect my 2011 Kia Soul Base to my Winnebago View?

Expert Reply:
While we have wiring to connect your 2011 Kia Soul to your motorhome, the connector you mentioned is not tow bar wiring, it is a 4-flat harness for powering trailer lights. Instead, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 for a splice-in option, or you can use the simple Roadmaster Standard Magnetic Tow Lights # RM-2120.
For the rest of the flat-towing set up on your 2011 Kia Soul you need the following parts:
- Demco Classic Base Plate Kit # DM9518246
- Demco Commander II Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511012
- SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
- Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400
Additionally, I have added links to video reviews and instruction manuals for you to take a look at.
