I had my westin HDX grille guard on a 2018 ram 2500, would like to put it on a 2019 ram 2500. Wondering if the mounting brackets are available

According to Westin, unfortunately there was a change for the 2019 model year that means that neither your brackets nor your grille guard will be compatible with your new truck. Not only are the bracket kits vehicle specific, but the grille guards are, as well which would prevent the 2019 mounting brackets from working with the grille guard you already have. I wish I had better news for you.
We do offer HDX Grille Guard fits for your 2019 Ram 2500. For a polished stainless finish, use # WE34FR or # WE54FR for a black powder coated finish.
