How do you unlock steering on 2018 mini with automatic transmission to us a tow dolly?

I looked up the owners manual of your 2018 Mini Countryman and they don't specify exactly what is needed to do when towing on a dolly like the # RM-2050-1 but to unlock the steering wheel you'll need to put the ignition in the ACC mode. If you have a push button ignition to do that you'd need to press the start button with your foot not touching the brake pedal.
