I do have a tail gate lock that will work on a 2003 Toyota Tundra in the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock part # PAL8500 which ties into the door locks or you can wire it to a switch, the Switch Kit for Pop & Lock Power Tailgate Lock part # PAL9520. That said, there is not a Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock with Handle for the 2003 Toyota Tundra. If you need a new handle, you will need to get in contact with the dealer
