The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero-Style crossbars use standard dimensions to in all honestly you can use just about any of our canoe carriers or load stops, but it sounds like you would like some recommendations. In that case I really like the Inno Locker Watersport Carrier # INXA445 or the Lockrack Watersport Carrier # LR54FR for your canoe because they are easy to use and they physically lock your canoe to your roof rack. These are also designed in such a way that you don't have to use bow/stern tie-downs which can be a little annoying to mess with.

Then to secure your ladder you can use either the Thule Load Stops # 753-3761 or the Rhino-Rack Eyebolts # S604 depending on what type of accessory you're looking to use for your ladder. Just keep in mind that you need to have enough room on your 50" crossbars to accommodate both your canoe laying flat as well as your ladder.
