Yes, the Edge Gas Evolution CS2 Performance Tuner # EP85350 is designed to boost horsepower, torque, and also help with fuel economy by reprogramming your vehicle's OBD-II engine control module (ECM). Per their owners's manual, the Level 1 Economy Tune level is described as "the lowest power level. It has been specifically tuned for optimum fuel economy. We recommend using this level for daily driving."
