Question:
I have a 1998 Country Coach with the Series 42 Kwiki electric steps. The control unit for in and out operation has quit working. Which replacement part should I use?

Expert Reply:
If your Kwikee Series 42 powered steps were made before 2005 the replacement control module is the part # LC379146 whereas if they were made after that you'd need the part # LC379604.
If the steps were original equipment for your 1998 Country Coach you'd have a pre-IMGL due to the age. But if they were an add-on from a later date it could require the new setup. There should be a year listed on the steps.
