The 245/70R17 spare tire for your 2013 Chevy Silverado has an overall diameter of around 30-1/2". For this size tire the Rampage Spare Tire Cover # RA773215 that you were already looking at will actually fit perfectly and work great. This cover is designed to fit 30" to 32" diameter tires and its integrated adjustment cord will help create a snug fit to prevent any billowing. Its vinyl fabric is extremely durable and it's going to do a really nice job of protecting the tire from just about anything Mother Nature might have in store.
