my husband has a road bike and I have Terry road bike ie small front wheel and 700cc back wheel. Will it work for us

It sounds as if you have a Terry bike with horizontal top tube, a 27 inch rear wheel and tire and a 24 inch front wheel and tire. If this is the case, then the Yakima Holdup 2 Bike Rack, # Y02433, will work great for you. This rack will accept wheel diameters between 14 and 29 inches.
