If you the factory tow package with a 7-way you can replace the 7-way with the Curt Trailer Connector for Ford and GM Trucks - Backup Alarm part # C57101 which connects to the towing port on the 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited as confirmed by Curt.

If you do not have the port you will need Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56407 which plugs in behind the tail lights. This is only a 4-Way though to illuminate the trailer lights so I believe you are asking about the first option I mentioned.
