I have a new 2020 Chevy Bolt EV with the flush rails on the roof and I'm looking for the bars to go across and a luggage box that will clear my hatch. What do you recommend?

For your 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV with flush mounted rails, I recommend the extremely quiet and low profile Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00425. To install these on your roof, you also need a set of SkyLine Towers # Y53TR and Custom Fit Landing Pads # Y00245. The JetStream Crossbars are full length (50 inches) and have a capacity of 165 lbs, so the Yakima roof rack actually provides the most space and strength of any other roof rack system available for your Chevy Bolt.

There are a few roof mounted cargo boxes compatible with the 45 inch front bar to hatch clearance you'll have with the Yakima roof rack installed. The Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 # Y07192 provides the most space at 14 cubic feet, so that's what I would go with.

For added security, I recommend a set of Yakima SKS lock cores # Y07204. These can also be swapped out to match the locks/keys of other Yakima racks or accessories.
