I am looking for a trailer hitch receiver that fits my 2019 Lexus GX 460 the best and would really like something that is easy to install as I'll be doing this one myself. Thanks!

The trailer hitch I highly recommend for your 2019 Lexus GX 460 is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75685 because it is a simple, bolt-on installation that does not require any special tools to install, simply a 19mm wrench. As you can see by the accompanying cut out of a customer review, they were able to install the hitch in mere minutes. The Draw-Tite also has the best ground clearance of any hitch that fits your Lexus which is great if you use it for an accessory like a bike rack so it doesn't come into contact with the ground.
