I checked with Curt and the front hitch 31087 doesn't fit the 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel or Diesel engine models, but I do have a solution that will work for your EcoDiesel.
For that we have the Draw-Tite front hitch # 65081 which requires no drilling and is confirmed to fit all models of the 2019 Ram 1500.
