The best rear air bag system for your 2012 Ford F-250 is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2597. The custom mounting brackets for this kit allow for a simple no-drill installation on your truck and they won't interfere with the mounting hardware for your existing B&W gooseneck hitch.
These Ride-Rite springs feature a 5,000 pound load-leveling capacity and the bags can be adjusted (5 psi to 100 psi) to maintain a comfortable ride whether you're towing your horse trailer or running errands around town with an empty bed. I also really like the double-convoluted construction of the Firestone springs, which ensure maximum load support and durability for a longer lifespan than those from other manufacturers.
I do recommend adding a compressor system like the Air Command I # F2158 as well, which will let you fill the bags up from the comfort of your cab.
I have attached a couple short video demonstrations on these products that you can also check out.
