Question:
My spare tire for boat trailer is.4 bigger than the tires on my tandem trailer. Is this a problem? Load rating is same.

It's not ideal to have a spare that's a different size than the rest of the trailer tires. If at all possible your best option is going to be to replace that tire with the correct size. But if you are stranded on the side of the road and you have the choice of staying stranded or installing a tire that's slightly bigger to get home the obvious choice is to use that spare. You'll just need to be extra cautious as now you have a trailer that is tilted slightly.
If you let me know the two tire sizes you have and the bolt pattern of the wheels I can come up with your best and easiest option to have a matching spare setup.
I also attached a link to a page that has all of the wheel/tire combos we carry as well.
