Have a 01 regular cab long bed f150. Trying to figure out what the difference is between the Curt C14355 and 13355 trailer hitches. Is there any beyond labeling?

The main difference between the Curt trailer hitch # C14355 and hitch # 13355, is capacity. Both hitches feature a 2 inch receiver. Both hitches will fit on your truck if it has a 20 inch or smaller spare tire. But the key is the weight capacity of each hitch.
The Class IV trailer hitch, # C14355, has a tongue weight capacity of 1,000 pounds, and a gross trailer weight capacity of 10,000 pounds. When used with weight distribution, those ratings increase to 1,200/12,000 pounds. Keep in mind that this is the capacity of the hitch and you need to stay within the capacities of the truck as indicated in the owners manual.
The recommended ball mount kit for this hitch is # EBMK2416 which comes with a ball mount, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
The Class III hitch, # 13355, has a tongue weight capacity of 600 pounds and a gross trailer weight capacity of 6,000 pounds. When used with weight distribution, those capacities increase to 1,000/10,000 pounds. Again, make sure to stay within the capacities of the truck.
The ball mount kit recommended for this hitch is # EBMK4 which comes with a ball mount, interchangeable ball set, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
If you need to add trailer wiring to the truck you can use # 118344 for a step-side bed or # 18252 for a regular bed. I have included links to the instructions for both hitches for you.
