Do the vertical mounts go on the inside or outside of the plow frame?

The vertical mounts of Halogen High/Low Beam Light Kit with Turn Signals for Detail K2 Snowplows # K281488LB2 that you referenced attach to the outside of the plow frame. I attached a picture of this kit installed, and while you can't see the attachment point very well you can see that it does attach on the outside of the plow frame.
