The Greystone Built-in Microwave # 324-000105 that you referenced may be a great replacement for your existing Samsung MR5481G model, but your best route to ensure a good fit will be to compare its dimensions to those on this Greystone unit. Unfortunately trailer manufacturers don't typically make information like this available and I wasn't able to track down any specific specs on the Samsung MR5481G, so I'm not able to verify compatibility.

The Greystone microwave has overall dimensions (without the trim piece) of 19" wide, 12" tall, and 14-5/8" deep. This means you want to make sure your existing cutout/opening is at bit larger than 19" wide and 12" tall.

With the trim piece added the entire overall footprint will be 23-3/8" wide and 15" tall.

As long as these dimensions closely match your current Samsung microwave it will work great as a replacement. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
