Yes. The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Ladder Rack is a confirmed fit on all bed lengths of the 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500. The beauty of the TracRac is that it doesn't require any drilling to install it; the tracks mount directly into the stake pockets on your truck bed rails- so the installation is really quite easy. The one thing to note during installation for the 2020 Chevy Silverado is that you'll need to use the included adapter for the rear stake pocket as shown in the attached instructions- but overall, it's an extremely easy install.
There are different models of the TracRac SR that correspond to the different size truck beds offered on the Silverado 1500, so you'll determine which part number you need based on the length of the bed; I've listed them below for you to choose from.
5-3/4 ft bed : # TH43002XT-782
6-1/2 ft bed: # TH43002XT-781EX
8 ft bed: # TH43002XT-780EX
