any interference with kick sensor using the c13204 on a 2019 Nissan rogue ? thank you.

The Curt hitch # C13204 that you referenced does not prevent you from being able to use the handsfree liftgate of your 2019 Nissan Rogue. You'd just need to kick your foot to either side of the hitch opening and the gate will open. I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out as well.
If you were looking for trailer wiring too the very easy to install and reliable Tekonsha kit part # 118480 is the way to go as well!
