We have a very similar roof rack to the Rola you mentioned that is confirmed as a fit for the factory fixed mounting points on the roof of your 2019 Mazda CX-3 but the Rola kit does not fit your vehicle.
Instead the Thule roof rack part numbers # TH711400, # TH710501, and # TH145136 which is an aero bar roof rack.
