Im not sure which wire to connect the amp remote wire to. Should I connect it to the 12VDC switched wire?

The "Amp Remote" blue wire coming from the harness for your Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A is only used if you are needing to power an external amp. If you have an external amp you would would run this wire to it, which basically tells the amp turn on when the stereo is powered on. It is simply used as a trigger wire for the amp.
If you don't have an external amp then the wire can be left unconnected.
