I do have an option for you but the Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps - Hoop II - Black Powder Coated Aluminum part # CARR104501 are not designed to tit 2019 Ford F-350.
I recommend Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps part # CARR108221 that are the exact same hoop step that fits your truck. They measure 7" long x 3-1/2" wide so if you wanted a larger hoop step, I recommend part # CARR128221 that measures 17" long x 5" wide.
You do want to keep in mind that the Carr Hoop steps may require drilling. If you are looking for something a little more custom fit to the frame of your vehicle please let me know if it's crew cab, Supercab or a regular cab and I can make a recommendation.
