have 2006 chevy express 3500 with stock rear body bump stops. want to change to timbren product . which one do you recommend and how to install. ex: item #TUR350.

It actually really depends on what type of bumpstops you have on your 2006 Chevy Express 3500. You can simply choose from the following:
Van 3,600 lb Capacity - # TGMRG35
Motorhome 3,600 lb with 1-Bolt Bracket - # TGMRG30
Motorhome 6,000 lb with 1-Bolt Bracket - # TGMRG30LB
Motorhome 6,000 lb with 2-Bolt Bracket - # TGMRG30PL
The part # TUR350 that you mentioned is a universal kit which will fit but it isn't a custom fit like the other options so I recommend using one of the custom options as they don't require any drilling into your vehicle frame.
