can I clean it in a dishwasher?

I don't see why you couldn't wash the Replacement Round Screen # MA05-30925 in a dishwasher but it hasn't been officially listed as dishwasher safe so I'd go a different route. I'd hand wash it with soap and water as needed for best results that won't potentially shorten life.
