Question:
I’m working on restoring a vintage camper. The one problem I’m running into is the exterior running lights. I’m sending a picture of what they look like. Could you guide or direct me to some place where I can get similar lights for the trailer?

Expert Reply:
From the pictures you sent in I believe the Peterson Thin Line Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light # 427400 is what you are needing. Peterson lights are very common on trailers so it is likely that this is the very light on your trailer. Attached is a photo showing the dimensions for you to compare with your current lights. This clearance light draws power with the single wire and it grounds through the mounting hardware.
