I have a trailer with 15” diameter tires to include the rim it is fixed to What size covers should I use?

Thank you for sharing your photos. Your tire is a 4.80/4.00-8 and for a spare tire cover for this tire size I suggest the smallest size we offer. Part # CE27410 in black or part # 052963751000 in snow white would be great choices and provide a comfortable fit on your tire.
